语音合成工程师TTS 15-25k

Reporting to TTS manager, the research engineer will conduct innovative research and development with focus on deep learning based TTS Front-end or back-end technologies.
-As part of the TTS R&D organization, you will be contributing to the development of text-to-speech technology for all types of markets and platforms with focus on Asian languages.
Representative tasks will include:
- Evaluate state-of-the art deep learning algorithms and advanced in DL software frameworks.
- Research and develop novel deep learning architectures and algorithms for language processing.
- Build prototype of Deep Learning solution to show proof-of-concepts.
- Design, develop and optimization Deep Neural Networks for the commercial product.
- Maintenance and support (PS / Bug fixes) .
- Active contribution to the improvement of all QA processes.
Qualification
- 1+ year Deep Learning experience.
- Native Mandarin, Good English, additional Asia languages is a plus .
- Experience with deep learning research and development for language processing .
- Excellent scripting / programming skills.
- Experience with SCM tools .
- Self-starter, team player .
- Passion for quality .
- Innovative and curious - "free thinker".
